The Yamazaki Distillery is Japan's first and oldest malt whisky distillery, established in 1923 by Suntory's founder Shinjiro Torii. Pours gold with inviting notes of citrus, apple, spice, white flower, and strawberry. Medium-bodied and fruity with a long finish. Pair with pepper-crusted steak and sautéed root vegetables.
