This offering is triple-distilled and matured in hand-selected Spanish Sherry barrels. It pours a vibrant deep amber colour and has intriguing aromas and flavours of orange, dried apricot, red plum and oak spice. Notes of vanilla, raisin and balsamic lead to a lengthy finish. Pair with shortbread cookies.
