Wincarnis has a long history. It is a fortified wine, uniquely infused with a blend of herbs and spices. Lifted, floral aromas of caramel, marmalade, prunes and raisins, followed on the palate with flavours of citrus rind marmalade, figs and caramel. Smooth and warming - sip on its own, or use in cocktails.
