Willibald Farm Distillery and Brewery age their pink gin for up to 12 months in Niagara red wine casks, and then add a touch of honey from the farm. This gin is floral and fruity, with a pale pink colour and notes of candied citrus and licorice, and a soft honeyed finish. Great in an Italian Greyhound or with Bouillabaisse.
