This 100% Pinot Noir rosé sparkler is sourced from the sloped, south-facing Westcott Home Farm Vineyard and was aged for one year on the lees before hand-riddling. It's ripe and juicy, with bright red berry and cherry. Quite elegant and finessed, it will be ideal for brunch or dinner.
