The nth DEGREE collection comprises small-lot wines crafted from fruit chosen from specific sites following a rigorous selection process. This Cabernet is sourced primarily from blocks in the Smith and Sachau vineyards, with small amounts of additional fruit from other suitable Livermore Valley sites. Aged for 22 months in new French oak, it has complex, generous black cherry, dark chocolate and tobacco tones.
