This is an impressive and in its way precise shiraz with juiciness and elegance. I wanted more lift and depth for a higher rating but it meets its value quotient very well at $18. It pours deep purple-ruby. The nose is fairly lifted with cran-cherry fruit, menthol, licorice and vanillin. It is medium-full bodied, quite dense, smooth yet lively with fine tannin.
