Oroman is produced with 90% Yiannoudi and 10% Shiraz grapes and aged in French oak for 12 months. Aromas of ripe black fruit, sweet spices with notes of violets, black pepper and vanilla oak. Juicy sweet fruit on the forefront with well-balanced acidity and mild tannins. Pair with roast lamb or beef.
