A dry white wine produced using 100% Xinisteri grapes, an indigenous Cryriot grape varietal. It is low-temperature fermented and aged on its lees. Crystal clear, green-yellow colour. Fruity aromas of stone fruit with fresh and well-balanced flavours on the palate, finishing with good length. Enjoy it with seafood pasta.
