300 White is a blend of Kydonitsa and Assyrtiko. It is vinified in stainless steel tanks and matured on its lees for over five months. The aromas are rich with notes of quince, grapefruit and minerals. The palate is well balanced with citrus fruit notes and a crisp mouthfeel. Enjoy it paired with Mediterranean dishes.
