This Peloponnesian Assytrtiko is vinified in stainless steel tanks and matured on its lees for six months. The bouquet reveals aromas of peaches and citrus fruits with distinctive minerality, grapefruit and lemon notes on the palate. It is medium to full-bodied with zest acidity and a lengthy finish. Pair with fried fish.
