Xynisteri is the most widely planted indigenous white varietal grown in Cyprus. Pale gold colour. The bouquet shows aromas of citrus fruit with lime and elderflower followed by nectarine and peach. Fruity and crisp on the palate with refreshing acidity on the finish. Pairs well with vegetable dishes seafood and poultry.
