Domaine de Triennes was founded in 1989 by Burgundians Jacques Seysses (Domaine Dujac) and Aubert de Villaine (DRC) and Parisian Michel Macaux. This rosé is lithe, floral and complex, with generous sunny apricot, citrus, strawberry, raspberry, melon, and garrigue undertones. Sip, serve for brunch with a niçoise salad and grilled tuna, or have at dinner with grilled salmon or chicken.
