This wine is sourced from vines between 30 and 60 years of age planted in the sandy-loam and granite soils of the sloped south- and southeast-facing vineyards of two villages. It's nicely formed and structured, with lifted notes of violet and black fruit and a thoroughly authentic character. Very fresh and long.
