Hailing from Spain, this dry sparkling wine is created by the ever-so-popular Toro Bravo. It has lovely aromas and flavours of pear, peach, lemon, and vanilla. The wine is light-bodied and fruity with a palate-cleansing finish. Try as a starter or pair with grilled calamari beside a garlic aioli sauce, or a fruit platter.
