With a distillation process similar to that of Cognac, Tianica Aguardente is a distilled wine spirit from the Azores. Carefully selected fruit is fermented then distilled and aged in oak barrels. It pours a golden colour with the characteristics of brandy finishing with smooth flavours. Enjoy it after dinner with espresso.
