This 100% Shiraz is aged for 10 months in new French oak barrels. It's a great example of Margaret River's preference for a more vegetal, savoury style of wine in contrast to its Barossan counterparts. Look for notes of black olive, redcurrant, mocha, dark chocolate, and black pepper, with a smoky finish.
