Meticulously crafted, this whisky is put through a combination of hand-selected American oak and ex-sherry cask. Pouring bright amber the nose is layered with apple, caramel, mineral and soft smoke aromas; smooth, sweet grain, nuts, spice and soft smoky peat flavours are followed by a long, softly smoky, finish.
