The Katvis Pinot comprises fruit from two different sites; fitting for a wine made by the dynamic pairing of Margaux Nel and Leon Coetzee, who are two up-and-coming young winemakers playing an exciting role in shaping modern South African wine. It's taut and precise, with a range of fruit including cherry, raspberry and cranberry alongside lifted florals, earth and spice.
