Finished in Amarone casks. This has a pink hue, from the red wine cask. Complex aromas of red fruit jam, vanilla, spice, citrus and floral tones lead to flavours of apricots, cherry compote, dark chocolate and herb. The palate is elegant with earth and spicy notes on the warm, drying finish. Enjoy with a few drops of water.
