TASTING NOTE: The 2009 Fiano Campore, the estate's top selection of Fiano, is a rich, burnished wine. A touch of oak adds texture and body, along with a honeyed quality to the fruit. Frankly, I am not sure the fruit needs any of those things here. The Campore is best suited to pairing with hearty dishes. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2014.
