The Vermentino grapes for this wine were gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Elegant and expressive aromas are dominated by citrus and stone fruits, with fresh herbs and mineral notes. The palate is fruity, with a fresh, minerally finish. It pairs well with pesto pasta and pizza, shrimp or white meats.
