Conte Hugues is the historic wine of the estate. A steel-fermented and barrique-aged Chardonnay grown at 450m above sea level, it displays subtle tropical notes alongside spice and dried fruit aromas. In the mouth it's intense, buttery and juicy, the 20% new wood well integrated with tropical fruits and the finish fresh and saline. Drinking window: 2022-2034. Score - 92.
