Nose: Peach, sweet apple, boysenberry, citrus. Palate: Ripe fruit, light to medium body, soft silky mouth feel, finish is long with ripe fruit and pleasant unobtrusive sweetness. Pairing: Pasta with cream sauce, seafood (oysters, smoked salmon, salad). Comments: Made from a blend of Grecanico, Catarratto, Insolia and Chardonnay.
