This orange coloured wine is made with the signature red grapes Xinomavro in Naoussa. After pressing, the juice is left together with the red grape skin for a short period of skin contact to give the wine its colour, aromatic complexity and texture on palate. This white wine is absolutely a creative tribute to Xinomavro. It's a perfect wine to drink on its own or pair with seafood, chicken, or pork.
