A splash of red wine is added to this rosé during the disgorging process to give a touch of pink colour and light strawberry flavours, hence the name 'Taché' (which translates to 'stained'). This aromatic, creamy wine has a soft, melting mousse on the palate and a fine perlage piercing through the flavours of strawberry, cranberry and rose petal.[The Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships did not include a tasting note.] Score - Gold.
