This pot still, Jamaican style rum is triple distilled using blackstrap molasses and aged four years in bourbon barrels. Richly enhanced by the sun and infused with protea nectar this rum pays homage to its Subgarbird roots, with plenty of vanilla, cocoa and coffee flavours and a hint of nuttiness. Sip neat or in cocktails.
