Crafted by way of the oldest method of sparkling-wine production known to history, this fizz uses a 'field blend' of grapes, which is to say, a mix of varieties sourced from throughout the vineyard. The inaugural 2020 vintage included Chardonnay, Riesling, Semillon and Viognier. Expect a characterful, gently bubbly wine that'll go brilliantly with salads or lightly grilled lake fish.
