Spring Mill Distillery has a storied past, with new roots in Guelph, Ontario, thanks to founder John Sleeman. They start with their small-batch grain spirit and infuse it with up-and-coming Canadian 'superfood', Haskap berries. The distinctly sweet berry taste is similar to raspberries and blueberries. Great for cocktails.
