From a family-owned distillery in Guelph, ON. Made using Canadian soft red winter wheat, distilled in traditional copper stills and infused with eleven botanicals. Aromatic and juniper-focused with citrus, spice, delicate earth and floral tones. The palate is crisp with a herb and citrus finish. This is a fine sipping gin.
