SiSi Traminer were cold macerated for 36 hours. Aged on fine lees for 3 months and 10% aged in barriques for 6 months. Golden yellow colour. Intensive aromas of wild roses and citrus. Notes of spiciness and pepper. Dry and clean with pleasant and harmonious acidity. Pairs well with pasta, seafood, white meat, Asian food.
