Founded in 1840, Maison Simonnet-Febvre owns vineyards throughout Chablis. This wine grew in the region's famed Kimmeridgian marl and limestone and was forged in stainless steel with more than six months spent resting on the lees. Expect mineral, floral and citrus characteristics on an elegant frame, and pair with shellfish or soft cheeses.
