This fragrant Sicilian wine is made from Vermentino grapes and is stainless steel fermented. The colour is straw yellow with greenish shades, the bouquet offers bursts of quince and peach fruit. Rich with fresh flavours of orchard fruit and light notes of spice; medium to full-bodied. Pair with shellfish and vegetables.
