This plum spirit is created by low-temperature double-distillation of Korean plums with the addition of juniper berries. It is rich and unique, with fresh, complex aromatics and balanced flavours of golden plums, juniper and bright acidity. Enjoy chilled or on the rocks with a splash of tonic water.
