The second fermentation process of this Ripasso uniquely uses pomace from both Amarone and Recioto wines, resulting in rich, subtle flavours of dehydrated fruit and savoury dark chocolate. It's a full-bodied wine with velvety-smooth tannins under a palate of dried fig, black cherry, Asian five-spice, and coconut shavings.
