A West Coast style IIPA made with pure Muskoka water and Simcoe, Citra, Chinook and Nectaron hops. Citrusy hop flavours compliment the malty, dank notes. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced with oily hop character and citrus fruit. Pairs well with aged hard cheeses, spicy chicken dishes and classic pepperoni pizza.
