Twin Pines is a West Coast-style Double IPA brewed with Galaxy, Simcoe, Mosaic, Cashmere and Idaho 7 hops. The nose is packed with citrus and stone fruit aromas with pine notes. The flavours are bold, with a bitter bite on the finish. It pairs well with spicy Pad Thai, fish tacos and sharp aged cheddar.
