A rich and malt-forward lager, this Festbier is made using 100% Ontario malt and Cascade hops. It pours bright copper in colour with a fluffy white head and aromas of toasted bread and light caramel. Smooth with balanced flavours of brioche, golden raisins and noble hop. Pair with sausage, soft pretzels and mild cheeses.
