Handcrafted in small batches using a unique blend of Ontario apples. Pouring a pale gold colour it has plenty of fresh farm apple flavours and subtle notes of baking spices. Soft carbonation on the palate with a crisp, dry and refreshing finish. Serve chilled, pairs well with cheese, poultry and creamy pasta dishes.
