This Traditional Method sparkling wine is produced using hand-harvested grapes, it rests on lees for a minimum of 12 months. Expect intense aromas of green apple, pineapple and lemon with subtle floral and peach notes. The palate is smooth and creamy with refreshing acidity and a lengthy finish.
