Nykteri is a blend of 85% Assyrtiko, 10% Athiri and 5% Aidani aged three months in French oak barrels. Expressive floral aromas open to notes of citrus fruit, green apple, pear and vanilla. It is crisp and dry with delicate fruity flavours and refreshing acidity. Pair it with grilled fish and white meat dishes.
