From a single terrace in the Wachtberg, the 2019 Gelber Traminer Wildrosen offers a bright, floral and aromatic bouquet of roses, sesame oil and black cumin notes and would be terrific with sushi or raw fish in the Japanese style. The wine is tight, refreshingly mineral and firm, with a long, intense, aromatic as well as tensioned and crystalline structured palate. Drink date: 2021-2050. Score - 95.
