Martinique, where this rum is made, obtained protected designation of origin status in 1996. Ageing for a minimum of 18 months creates complex floral notes with a strong spiced wood backbone in this amber rum. The palate is round and full with expressive vanilla tones. Perfect with spiced nuts and dried fruit.
