This wine comes from a domaine that was originally a truffle orchard and converted to a vineyard in the early 1900s. It has a fairly rich texture, with generous red fruit supported by garrigue, mineral and spice. Try it with herb-crusted lamb medallions, or smoked salmon in a maple syrup glaze.
