This cuvée is made from only the finest barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon and only in Rymill's best vintages. It's a deep, resinous wine bursting with dark fruit flavour and herbaceous aromas, with hints of charred wood, eucalyptus, mint and tar on a long, brooding finish. The weight on the palate suggests it can be cellared for well over 15 years. (May 12, 2022)
