Though originally from France, Carménère has found a new home as Chile's signature grape varietal. Its medium body and supple tannic structure make it a versatile wine for food matching. This organically farmed Carménère shows blackberry, plum and spice notes and would pair well with rack of lamb or barbecue pork ribs.
