The Lincoln Lakeshore is ideal for white grapes and Pinot Gris thrives here. This handcrafted Pinot Gris was cold-fermented slowly in stainless steel and then spent four months on the lees. It offers up ripe, aromatic notes of apple, peach, cantaloupe, apricot, and the honeyed character that is such a marker of the region's white wines.
