Roberto Voerzio is a legend, and his wines have achieved cult status. This substantial Dolcetto comes from vines of more than 35 years of age and is lively and ripe, with spice, herbs, clove and tobacco intermingling with the blue and purple fruit. Fun and buoyant but with a serious underbelly, it will be quite versatile with food and will drink well for 8+ years from vintage.
