From 1905 vines, wholebunch wild ferment, 90% oaked, older French barrels/Austrian foudres, rest concrete tank, 10 months. Brilliant 2019 with gravitas & nothing overt - beeswax & melon, greenage, but it's the sense of being timeless & strong minerality that impresses. Elegant, textured & dry. Long life ahead.
