Here is a very pretty, classic Dolcetto to take for a spin if you are unfamiliar with this variety. It is deceptively deep in colour but quite light bodied and fresh. The nose is notably floral - red rose - with grapy, blackberry fruit and subtle spice. It is medium bodied, quite juicy and fresh with mild tannin. The length is very good to excellent.
